Sealed glass

For glass-to-metal sealing, with a processing temperature range of 800–1000°C and adjustable thermal expansion coefficients; also suitable for hermetic electrical sealing applications, offering multiple solutions such as lead-free options and glass-tube solutions.

Solder-sealed glass

Solder glass is a family of products that enable low-temperature sealing, available in both leaded and lead-free variants. Leaded glass is primarily based on lead-boron-silicate systems, making it suitable for achieving low-temperature sealing. On the other hand, lead-free glass not only meets the requirements for low-temperature sealing but, more importantly, helps customers fulfill their lead-free mandates.

Microcrystalline Sealing Glass

Microcrystalline glass is a special type of material that combines the dual properties of both glass and ceramics. It not only achieves excellent wettability between glass and metal but also meets the stringent requirements of high strength and elevated operating temperatures for electrical components.
