Solder glass is a family of products that enable low-temperature sealing, available in both leaded and lead-free versions. Leaded glass is primarily based on a lead-boron-silicate glass system, making it suitable for achieving low-temperature sealing. On the other hand, lead-free glass not only meets the requirements for low-temperature sealing but, more importantly, helps customers fulfill their lead-free mandates. These products are widely used in communication devices such as lasers and sensors.

• Sealing temperature ≤550℃, with the lowest possible range down to 330–380℃

• Simple process, no need for sealing under specific atmospheric conditions

• No need for fiber metallization, saving costs; high bonding strength and leak-proof
