Recently, the Hyperion Tech Shanxi demonstration production base completed a comprehensive production line upgrade and successfully put it into operation.
The Hyperion Tech Shanxi demonstration production base is located in Jinzhong City, Shanxi Province, and has built multiple production lines covering projects such as high-performance silver paste powder, high-performance silver-based materials, and single-atom catalytic materials. This production line upgrade signifies a qualitative leap in Hyperion Tech's mass production capacity, further consolidating and improving production scale. In the future, with the gradual commissioning of multiple production lines, Hyperion Tech's production capacity will continue to expand.
Shanxi Province has abundant and high-quality primary raw materials and sufficient electricity, and has many advantages in developing the new materials industry. Relying on Shanxi Province's rich resource advantages and a complete processing and manufacturing industry system, Hyperion Tech has successfully created an advanced production model and established a strict quality control system.
Hyperion Tech uses the quality control requirements of automotive suppliers as a benchmark, compiles and implements quality management system documents such as ISO9001 to improve the company's operational capabilities and market competitiveness. Currently, 59 quality control-related documents have been established, including 2 first-level documents, 23 second-level documents, and 34 third-level documents, totaling hundreds of thousands of words. Comprehensive quality management ensures that Hyperion Tech's quality control indicators meet or even exceed international standards. Currently, the unit area investment and unit area output value of Hyperion Tech's Shanxi demonstration production base have reached the first-class standards in the international industry.
