Product Description
Glass paste is a product designed for bonding various metals, ceramics, and chips. It is formulated by uniformly mixing glass powder ranging from 3 to 5 μm with organic materials to create a paste with controlled viscosity. This paste can then be evenly applied onto material surfaces using methods such as screen printing or dispensing. Finally, it is sintered at low temperatures between 330°C and 500°C, resulting in a bond that exhibits strong adhesion and durability.
